These Terms of Service govern your access to Apni Citi. By creating an account, publishing a listing, purchasing a package or credit, sending a message or making a booking, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.<\/p>\n
Owners, dealers and agents must have authority to advertise each property and must provide accurate descriptions, prices, availability, images and material facts. Users must independently assess a property and transaction before committing. Apni Citi may review, edit, pause or remove listings that breach platform standards.<\/p>\n
Short-stay bookings may be instant or may require property-owner approval. Where approval is required, Stripe may verify or authorize the guest\u2019s card and payment is captured only after the owner approves. A request is not confirmed until the platform displays confirmation.<\/p>\n
Displayed totals may include the property price, nightly charges, platform fees and applicable taxes or adjustments. Packages and individual listing credits provide the benefits shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, used or activated credits are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.<\/p>\n
The cancellation terms shown during booking apply to that reservation. Refund timing can depend on the payment provider and bank. Users must raise booking or payment issues promptly and provide information reasonably required to review the matter.<\/p>\n
Use platform messaging lawfully and respectfully. You may not evade safety controls, share prohibited contact or personal details, send spam, harass users or transmit unlawful content. Messages may be automatically filtered, blocked, retained and reviewed under the Privacy Policy and platform rules.<\/p>\n
You must not submit false listings, impersonate others, manipulate reviews or credits, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, introduce harmful code, facilitate fraud or use Apni Citi in violation of law or another person\u2019s rights.<\/p>\n
Payments are processed by Stripe and may also be subject to Stripe\u2019s terms. Maps, communications and other features may rely on third-party services. Their availability and separate terms may apply.<\/p>\n
Apni Citi provides marketplace, communication and transaction tools. Unless expressly stated, Apni Citi is not the owner, landlord, tenant, buyer, seller or property manager. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.<\/p>\n
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an \u201cas available\u201d basis. We do not guarantee that every listing, user statement or property condition is error-free. Apni Citi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n
We may restrict or close accounts, listings, messages or transactions where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. You may request account closure subject to outstanding transactions and record-retention requirements.<\/p>\n
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Applicable courts in Pakistan will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.<\/p>\n
